Structure and Construction:
The wedge-shaped wire filter nozzle consists of a cap base, a cap cover, a trapezoidal screen tube with ribs, and a flow guide tube. An inverted flow valve cup, fixed to the cap base, is located at the central axis of the trapezoidal screen tube. Its lower opening encompasses the upper portion of the flow guide tube extending into the cap base. Multiple pores are present on the bottom and wall of the flow valve cup, as well as on the upper wall of the encompassed flow guide tube. A floating flow valve core is located at the top of the flow guide tube. By setting the flow rate, number of holes, hole diameter, and slot distance of the trapezoidal screen tube, this filter cap can accommodate various flow rate ratios for backwashing and filtration water under different process conditions.
